More Than A Service —A Trusted Partner

At Elder Path, we’re more than a placement agency or service provider—we’re a trusted partner for families navigating the challenges of caring for aging parents and loved ones. With compassion and experience, we help create a personalized plan that meets your loved one’s unique needs and brings peace of mind as they move through life’s transitions.

Elder Path is the passion project of our founder, Natasha. What started as a deep desire to help families with her unique set of skills has turned into a business that is growing into a multifaceted company serving the families, community professionals & senior service experts of Tennessee & beyond.

Natasha has served in a clinical role with hospice and worked closely in hospital case management for many years. She has also personally supported several loved ones through complex healthcare journeys, providing guidance and advocacy at the bedside. As an end-of-life specialist she is able to assist families with more transparency and expertise after working as a family service advisor in the death care industry specializing in pre-need insurance which locks in costs of end-of-life options such as funerals, cremations and celebrations of life.

With Elder Path, You’re Never Alone In Navigating The Challenges Of Caring For An Aging Loved One. It Starts With A Discovery Call, Where Natasha And Her Team Assess Your Situation And Determine How Elder Path May Be Able To Help. Based On Your Family’s Unique Needs, You’ll Receive A Customized Plan Of Action Along With Options For Engaging Our Services.

Elder Path Helps Families Take The Guesswork Out Of Planning Care For An Aging Loved One. Natasha Works Closely With You To Understand Your Unique Situation And Guide You Through The Next Steps. This May Include:

    • Assessing Care Needs At Home – Sometimes Small Changes, Such As Safety Modifications Or Minor Renovations, Can Make It Possible For Your Loved One To Remain At Home Safely And Comfortably.
    • Medicare Insurance Plan Reviews.
    • Veterans Benefits Reviews.
    • Assistance With Applying For Benefits, Obtaining Appropriate Durable Medical Equipment (Dme), Securing Physician Orders, And Identifying Qualified Care Providers And Community Resources.
    • Exploring Senior Care Options – When A Higher Level Of Care Is Needed, Elder Path Helps Determine The Most Appropriate Setting, Whether That’s Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Independent Senior Living, Or Memory Care. Natasha Can Even Accompany Families On Facility Tours To Help Evaluate Options And Ask The Right Questions.
    • Connecting With Trusted Professionals – Elder Path Helps Families Access Qualified Attorneys, Accountants, And Other Specialists For Important Legal And Financial Planning Needs, Including Powers Of Attorney, Living Wills, And Estate Planning.
    • Planning Ahead Financially – Natasha Can Review Insurance And Pre-need Planning Options So Families Are Not Left Making Difficult Decisions During A Crisis. Together, You Can Create A Plan That Helps Ensure Funeral Or Cremation Expenses Are Addressed In Advance.

We Are Not Healthcare Providers And Do Not Bill Insurance For Our Services. However, We Have The Experience, Knowledge, And Professional Connections To Help Guide Families Toward The Resources And Solutions That Best Fit Their Needs.

Following Your Complimentary Assessment, We Will Determine Whether Placement Assistance Is Appropriate Or Whether A Consultation Agreement And Fee Structure Will Apply For Ongoing Support And Care Planning Services.

Absolutely. We Do Not Qualify Clients Based On Their Insurance Coverage Or Facility Needs. Helping Families Navigate This Season Of Life Is Our Passion.

If, After Our Complimentary Assessment, We Determine That None Of Our Insurance-related Or Placement Services Are The Right Fit, We Can Still Provide Guidance And Support Through A Consulting Agreement. We Will Provide A Detailed Explanation Of Our Services, Fees, And Engagement Options Before Moving Forward.

A Preneed Funeral Contract (Sometimes Called A Prearrangement) Is Simply Planning And Paying For Funeral Or Cremation Services In Advance—before They Are Needed.

Rather Than Leaving Your Family To Make Difficult Decisions During An Emotional Time, You Can Document Your Wishes And Set Aside Funds To Cover Those Expenses Ahead Of Time.

This Helps Ensure Your Preferences Are Honored, Reduces Stress For Your Loved Ones, And Eases The Financial Burden On Your Family When The Time Comes.

A top priority was ensuring families could upload and digitally sign any necessary agreements to make the process of helping them secure and streamlined. This is why when you engage our services, we are fully HIPAA compliant, and all documents containing personal identifying information are protected and secure.

If your passion aligns with ours, email us, and we’ll schedule a quick call. There are several ways to get involved including our “work-study program”.

We are considering this for several fields and service areas. Email us and we are happy to elaborate.
